You may have been pursuing the case yourself to date but feel like you now need some guidance.

The CHC process can be very confusing, particularly if anything out of the ordinary happens.

Many people get off to a good start, only to find themselves lost in the labyrinthine – and sometimes Orwellian – NHS appeal and complaints processes.

Our Case Review Service allows us to undertake a detailed review of everything that has been done on the case to date by you and any previous advisers.

We will review the documentation and records available and advise on the prospects of success. If appropriate, and where required, we can offer to support you with the next steps in the process.

Our approach…

The main steps involved in our Case Review Service:

  • You send us all relevant paperwork to date (this might be a formal complaint to the NHS and its response, an Independent Review Panel casefile or advice from another company)
  • We review the documentation and prepare a report
  • We contact you to discuss next steps, including any services we can offer to assist
