Jonathan Dwek
Qualified in 1991 and after a period of time advising and litigating on a wide variety of corporate and commercial disputes, he used his knowledge of civil procedure and experience of litigation to specialise in personal injury work. He has considerable experience of small to large personal injury cases ranging from RTA, trip/slip, occupier’s liability and employer’s liability - accidents at work. He has also been enthusiastically involved in training other lawyers in this area of law and has successfully run a team of personal injury lawyers. Jonathan is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). He is married with two children, enjoys playing golf and is a keen sportsman in his spare time.
Andrew Farley
Qualified in 1992, having completed his training at a large London firm, moved back to Manchester to become a personal injury specialist and has worked exclusively in this field, dealing in particular with complex cases and serious injuries involving head and spinal injuries, fatal accidents, amputations and trauma. Andrew has previously been involved in some newsworthy and high profile cases including the House of Lords case of Horton v Sadler (2006). Andrew is married with four young children who keep him busy at home.
